Chris will guide you through simple exercises to open up yourself to your highest potential.
10:30-11:50 Yoga with Alan Vandenbergh RYT,HATHA
In the spirit of the Artchurch Alan will use improvisational approach to teach gentle Hatha Yoga class.
1:00-2:20 Therapeutic Yoga, Courtney Butler, ERYT
Therapeutic Yoga with emphasis on the benefits of Asana and Breath, ending with Guided Meditation.
2:30-3:20 Dance and Movement Cindee Zerr Franklin MMT, ERYT,
Cendee’s emphasis in dance and movement classe is for everyone to have a pleasurable, sometimes even profound, experience as we welcome heart and soul to let go and dance the world away.

Adult Art Making Workshop
Visual Journals, a Personal Journey

This Hands-on experience is all about constructing handmade journals using
unique methods of bookbinding. We will view professional journal techniques by both visual artist and literary authors. Various page preparation methods, visual prompts, and collective imagery set the premise for this workshop.
